CONTENT WARNING: In this episode we discuss mental illness and suicide, so please be aware of that before listening.
Caitie Fredrickson lives with her husband and weenie dog Baron in SW Washington, and she has bipolar disorder.
On this episode, we discuss how she knew something was wrong, how her mental illness affects her everyday life, and ways that we can support people we love who live with mental health issues.
We also discuss the ways that we all need to care for our mental health, even if we don’t have a specific diagnosed mental illness, and the trauma of the last year that we’ve all faced.

- Here’s a quick overview of the Enneagram, the personality framework we mention in the episode. It’s really interesting and helpful, but not a quick quiz and you’re done. In fact, most experts swear off the “quizzes,” claiming you need to study the Enneagram to fully understand where you fit and how that can help you to grow.
